• “You,” “Your,” or “User” refers to any visitor, customer, or purchaser accessing, browsing, or purchasing from the Creaoware website.

These definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions unless otherwise stated.

-Acceptance of Terms-
By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from the Creaoware store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
 
1. -Distribution and Commercial Use-

1.1. Digital Product Restrictions
Redistribution of any digital products available on this website—including but not limited to images, products shown in images, and all downloadable digital files—is strictly prohibited in any medium, format, or location, for any purpose, including commercial, industrial, or personal redistribution.

1.2. Creative Commons Licensed Products
Digital products explicitly identified as being licensed under a Creative Commons license are governed solely by the terms of that specific license. The restrictions outlined in Section 1.1 do not apply to those products.

1.3. 3D Printed Products
Commercial distribution and sale of physical 3D printed items created using digital products purchased from this website are permitted.
However, proper and visible credit must be given to the original creator in a fair and reasonable manner.

1.4. Industrial Use Prohibition
The use or distribution of any digital products from this website for industrial purposes is strictly prohibited under all circumstances.
Industrial purposes include, but are not limited to:

• Machining

• Prototyping

• Manufacturing

• Referencing for industrial workflows

• Derivation or appropriation for industrial-scale production

 
2. -Derivative, Adapted, and Modified Works-

2.1. Restrictions on Derivative Works
The adaptation, modification, or creation of derivative works from any products on this website—including images, products shown in images, and all digital files—is not permitted without explicit written consent from both an authorized source and the original creator.

2.2. Exceptions
This restriction does not apply if the resulting work:

• Is barely recognizable and has minimal resemblance to the original, or

• Has received express consent from an authorized source and the original creator.
   

2.3. Attribution Requirements
Where derivative, adapted, or modified works are permitted under Section 2.2, visible and fair credit to the original creator must be clearly provided on or alongside the derivative work.
 
3. -Refund Policy-

3.1. Digital Products
All sales of digital products are final. Refunds for digital products are not available under any circumstances.
